Amendment to the NOR（I） 競賽通知更改（一） 1． The co－organizers are deleted and changed to thefollowings： Co－organizers： Qingdao Silk Road Sailing Events Management Co．， Ltd（China）；Mokpo Sailing Federation（Korea）；Primorsky Regional SocialOrganization Sailing Federation （Russia）； 協(xié)辦單位更改為：中國青島絲綢之路航海賽事管理有限公司； 韓國木浦市帆船協(xié)會 俄羅斯濱海邊疆地區(qū)社會組織帆船協(xié)會； 2． NOR3．4 is deleted and changed to the followings： Foreach team， there could be9 crews at east and at most9 crews plus1 media crewon board． Each team shall have1 experienced skipper， who’s capable of offshoreracing， at least4 crews who’s experienced offshore racing． CVs of the skipperand crews should be submitted for registration． The5 persons’ （skippers andcrews） qualifications or certificates that must be from MSA China， CYCC Russia，CYA， RYA， and ASA or from other equal organizations should be displayed upon registration． 刪除規(guī)程3．4并更改為： 每個參賽隊最多可報名9名船員和1名媒體船員，最少報9人；每個船隊至少有1名舵手具有拉力賽的經(jīng)歷、至少有4名船員具有拉力賽的經(jīng)歷，報名時需提供這5人的航海簡歷及舵手的資質(zhì)證明，舵手的資歷證明必須是中國海事，俄羅斯CYCC（大帆船船長能力證書），CYA，RYA，ASA等機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證的資質(zhì)或其他同等機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)證的資質(zhì)。 3． The schedule from Sept．10th to13thin NOR9．1 is deleted and replaced by the followings：
